The Bishops
Who are we?
With a life long love for travel and a deep-seated passion for food, we have been able to experience the amazing cultures of so many different countries, and we have had the good fortune to stay in those countries for months at a time and really immerse ourselves. We have enjoyed the warm hospitality of their people and the wonders of the cuisine.
The sights, sounds, and aromas transport us back there like a melody of the beloved song from our youth.
The flavors and aromas we cook today bring those memories flooding back. Memories of amazing experiences, wonderful friends we met along the way, sites and sounds beyond compare, and of course the marvelously unique foods. Those memories wrap around us like a favorite sweater and comfort our very souls.
Now we want to share a piece of that with you.

Every recipe on our site is original and because of that, the recipes may not expand as fast as we would like. We refuse to put a recipe on here until we have created, tested, and approved it so that you can be assured that the recipe is not only authentic but good.
All of our spices are blended by us with the best ingredients we can source and from the recipe source region whenever possible. We would rather not have it on our site than provide you with less than the very best.
Like my Father always said, “Quality is the signature you put on everything you do”.
We will stand behind everything on this site, recipes and products alike, and we will do it with the greatest pride in the fact that we have given you our very best.
