New World Cajun Seasoning

Cajun Food is a truly pure Americana cuisine and is world-renowned for its unique flavor and stout heat. Cajun food is both exotic and down-home comforting.  Our spice has a sturdy savoriness and yet lacks any heaviness. Its bold peppery flavor and heat dominate the palette but a herblike woodsy sweetness comes along for the ride.  This blend is clean with a subtle lemony citrus and an earthy finish.

We do our level best to source ingredients from the region for our blends.  And we use ingredients that the Cajuns would have had access to and not grab random spices from around the world (Eh, cher! Cardmon? that a sweater yeah).

We don’t substitute for cheaper or easier to find ingredients

Ingredients: Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, Paprika, Onion(green and yellow), black pepper, Rosemary, Thyme, Basil, Bay Leaf, Marjoram, & Tarragon
